Garapa´s appearance
Garapa is dark reddish brown, medium hard and flexible wood from Brazil (but growing in Mexico) It´s used for veneers, stairs, floors, walls and furniture. In the form of solid wood flooring, exotic wood flooring, or timber for further processing with it can be found in our country.
Garapa´s properties
Garapa it well known for its no odor or smell and it dries easily. It has perfect dimensional stability.
Garapa´s workability
Garapa is relatively easy cut wood, which has only a slight blunting effect on tools. Wood has a tendency to crack at nailing. But holds screws very well. This type of wood stains very well tolerated and polishes.
Garapa´s principal uses
Most often used to veneer, stairs, floors, walls and furniture. Floor or in the form of exotic timber for further processing with it can be found in our country.
